18" titan wheels on '00 Pathfinder?

i jumped on a set off an '07 titan for my '00 pathfinder. wheels and tires almost new. didn't take long to see that they won't work for several reasons. i know the wheels would have to be center bored because the hub on the pathy is wider than the titan. the 265/70 r18 are too dang tall. apparantly overall height between 16" and 18" wheels IS different.

anyone accomplished this? what did it cost? was it worth it.? i'm wondering now if the hub is also not deep enough on these wheels, requiring a spacer. then longer studs...etc. then there is the spring perch at bottom of the strut. nice idea to have that right above the tire.

if the wheels are doable with just center bore, i think biggest i could go is a 255/55/18 and sell the rubber. then there always the lift, but i haven't looked in to that at all. i def need better springs but that wont get the strut out of the way of the tire.
