18 Titan went down

Thanks for accepting me first of all!
I have a 18 Titan SV midnight and last week it started missing and shut down. Got it home and have been chasing codes since. I have had these codes the whole time and they are P0345 p0013....I have also had bank 2 VVEL motor, IAT circuit high, MAf circuit high and fuel pressure rail pressure low. It does run but misses bad. I went and unplugged the coils one at a time tonight and cylinders 2, 4, 6, and 1 are all dead (no change on how it ran). I did pull #2 cylinder coil and plug and had the wife hit the button so I could see if it had spark, which it did....also I'll add when I do start it it pumps black smoke out which tells me it's rich. Doing the live data on my scanner the stft on bank 2 is around the -20% area and the bank 1 stft is fairly steady around 7 but has jumped as high as positive 25%......im at a lose....any ideas???

The STFT being way negative tells you the ECM is trying to dial the injectors back but it can't. Given the MAF, IAT, and VVEL codes, I'd say it's almost certain you have a bad ground someplace, probably the ECM ground.
