18 Rogue Cluster very dim?

Hey guys, I bought an 18 Rogue SL.
Today, I noticed that the speedo lights are not bright.
Even during the day, you cant even see the numbers lit up. The arrows are bright, however.
The dim setting works, but it goes from off,to dim, to brighter dim. But never really gets to a reasonable lit up operation.
Thoughts?

I may have figured it out.
My Rogue was Canadian initially, and whoever did the transfer, put in an aftermarket cluster.. aftermarket cluster shows the km/h every 20km/h, where the OEM one shows them every 40km/h.
just incase someone has this same issue, i wanted to post the resolution.
