18" rim fit 240sx

s13 coupeThe rears fit but the front doesn't Rubs the shock. they are 18x7.5 unknown offset but it's probably 38-42.What really confuses me is that the drivers side is closer than the passenger. Passenger side clears but drivers doesn't.What should my friend order to make the fronts fit? 5mm spacers and longer studs? Or is there something I can adjust suspension wise? Car is stock suspension. I tried searching and couldn't find anything, there was a guy in nopi with 20's.....

spacers and coilovers. I know my coils are much less voluminous than my stock spring/struts.This is making me nervous as my wheels are 18x7.5 +40 and i hope i can get them to fit.

Put some spacers on it and seems they fit... Getting longer wheel studs and will find out tomorrow night
