18 inch Maxima Wheels on E-bay?

Hello! I am new to this site and I have a question about some rims on e-bay. Oewheels out of Florida has a set of rims for $454 with free shipping. The e-bay number is 290421576769. Has anyone ordered from here before? Is this a good deal?. Is it a problem that the rims are 7.5 inches wide? Why are some maxima rims 7.5 and some are 8? Please give me your input. What size tires would be best for these wheels, 225/45/18 or 235/45/18 since the are only 7.5 inch rims? Thanks, Ken
