17x9.5 wheel and hub bore?

I’m needing advice and user experience on wheels. I have a 2000 Qx4 with the 16x7 wheel. I’ve finally decided on running tires at 255/65r17 and jumping to the 17 inch wheel. I am having so much trouble finding 108.1 hub bore wheels. I found one but it is a 17x9.5 with a 15mm offset. By my math this pushes my wheel out 1.4 inches and brings it in closer to the car some as well. Can I run this wheel? Any help greatly appreciated. I just can’t find black 17 inch wheels for this car!!

Or do I need 106mm hub bore rims? I cant find this information. I guess I can use hubcentric wheel adapters to make 108.1 work.
