I have a set of 17x8 +38 and 17x9 + 38, I want to run 235 in the front and 255 in the rear, i have rsr lowering springs. Will these clear a S13 chasis?

Yes, I have 17x8 +38 on all 4 corners with 235/40 17. They should fit stock shock/AGX without the spacer, but gap was very tight. You might be careful with your tire choice.

they might not fit with those sizes...youd be far better running 225 front and 245 rear

if you ever get coilovers they probably wont clear those without a little luck

I'm thinking you're fine.

I run a 275 in the rear with a +32 offset, so I think you're fine.

Good grief! That's wide as heck!!! Are you running the 275s on a 17x9? I been reading a lot lately and still unsure what I should do for wheels. I am doing a 17x9 in the rear and want to do the RPF1s. Do you have any suggestions on what would be an offset choice that would allow me to run at least a 245 with minimal hassle (I have coilovers and don't mind rolling the fender) Thanks mucho!

the lowest offset the 17x9 comes in is +22, which would let you run a 245 rear but youd have trouble clearing in front so theyd probably need spacers

Thanks for the reply. So the 17x9+22 would work in the rear and still be pretty flush with the fender. Man...this stuff can get confusing fast.

Yep, I asked a question about the same wheel size and width except I'll be running +24 instead of +22 and I was told to run 215/45 and 235/40.

Really?!? I'm surprised that clears the shocks. Do you have some pics? I like to see how the tire fits relative to the spring perch.

really flush, but not much fender work involved

btw theyd clear in front if you dont have coilovers, if you do you could run a 235 all around and still clear coilovers

if you have coilovers and really want the 245s you could run a 5mm spacer all around and be set to go
