Hi,Ok, I'm looking into getting these 17x7 wheels w/ 40mmoffset. I know the OEM 7-spoke are 15x6 w/ 40mm offset.

I ran the Offset Calculator and the difference I got was:The clearance from stut housing to the inside of the wheel will be 13mm LESSThe outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 13mm

Now, the situation is that I will be upgrading my shocksand springs in the near future, to KYB AGX and Eibachsprings (ProKit or Sportlines - haven't decided).

Will the 17x7 w/ 40mm offset wheels have a clearanceissue with the shocks/springs?

BTW, I will be getting 215/45/17 tires with the 17x7 wheels.

Bye!

I am now running 17x7 with 235/40 Tires and there is no problem even with my 42 offset. i don't have prokits yet but i don't see how the can not fit.

with stock suspension, 17x7 +40mm is not going to be a problem. THis setup even clears coilovers.

I would buy a spacer just to be sure though, seems like that might scrub on a coilover..not on stock shocks/springs though.-chet

Hi,At the moment, I don't think my budget would allowfor coilover setup, therefore I am only going to go withKYB AGX shocks and Eibach springs.

Bye!
