17 by 9 +20 offset on the cougar

I 've been scrounging around for some rims for my cougar. I have come across some 4 lug +20 Cobra R rims in black. Is this offset too much to fit my car? They definitely would look awesome.

I scratched that idea real quick. I placed an order for (4) SVT Focus rims and (4) Kuhmo 712's in 215-45-17 for them. The price was great and they'll look good. I had a bent rear rim and one tire had belt seperation. I guess it was an excuse to upgrade.
