17*8 20offset wheel fits?

I have a 96 240sx SE

Im looking at these rims

size - 17*8 20 offset front and rear. with 225/45/17 tires...

Will I have any problem fitting that size? Im not planning to do anything to the fender. Maybe shock/spring combo later on. I just dont want my tire or wheel to scrub the inner side of the fender...

How will they fit?
