Okay, a few things.
1. +0 offset means the wheel will already stick out ~40something mm further than the stock wheels. Add to that fact that this wheel is a good 1.5in-2in wider than your stock ones, and you essentially have a wheel that is 3-4in further out than stock. In essence, unless you cut the fenders and put some seriously huge overfenders on, it's not going to fit.
2. Even if you did that, your suspension geometry would be all kinds of screwy, at least according to engineers I've talked to about the subject. It's something about the center of mass of the wheel vs. stock and strain on the hub assembly and so forth. It's over my head so I won't try to explain it. Long story short, there's the possibility that you'd have a terrible ride and maybe even wear out parts of your wheel and suspension assembly prematurely.
3. Staggered wheels only really make sense in two situations. Either it's a RWD car making fairly big power, so you put wider wheels in the back to put more rubber in the back for better traction, or it's a FWD car used exclusively for drag racing and you put wider wheels in front for better traction. I don't think either of those applies here.
4. 8in wide wheels with 205 series tires on them don't make a lot of sense. I know some people like the "stretched" tire look, but it doesn't make much functional sense. An 8in wide wheel should wear 225-245 series tires on it, generally.
I've been looking at 15 and 16X8's for my B15 (which has roughly the same amount of room in the fenders as your B14) for a good 2 years now. They more or less don't exist because the offset would absolutely have to be no lower than +35 and no higher than +40, and the former would require at least a little fender roll even with a 225 tire (which doesn't exist in the right height) on it. There are a few wheels that supposedly fit that description (for instance, I've seen websites listing Work Equip 03s that supposedly come in a 16X7.5 or 16X8 +38, but I haven't verified that and they're over $300 each, and I don't have $1200+tires+fender roll to throw around).
I've seen instances where people use camber plates/bolts to tuck wheels in, but that's awful for tire wear and suspension tuning (and, therein, handling).
I've also seen people run 16 or 17X8's with 245s on them and hope that they don't ever hit a low spot and destroy the fender and tire (or they have extremely stiff suspensions, not sure), but these definitely didn't have a 0 offset.
Anyway, enough rambling on my part.
16X7's are readily available and can easily handle the 205 tire you're looking at. XXR has some as does Rota, to name a few.
Any time I've seen them on those vehicles, they have fender work, especially the FWD ones. Just an FYI.
