ok well i recently have a set of some 17in rims. i wanna get rid of them and now im lookin and i found a set of 16in rims. wich would be better?!?!?

You aren't giving enough information. What are the widths and offsets of these wheels? If you don't know, sometimes it stamped on the back of the wheel...
