And he said the speedometer in his friend's newly acquired 5-year-old turbocharged Saab sedan actually hit its peak of 160 mph — not 158.1 — on Route 283 in Mount Joy Township in September.

I know 9-3 and 9-5 turbos have gobs of top-end power. Clarkson and other sources say the 9-5 is faster from 70-100 than a standard Porsche 911, but that doesn't explain how it reached 158mph. Sounds like a miscalibrated radar and a kid who wants to brag.

Really? Care to cite your source(s) of misinformation?

You can pick up a Bushnell radar gun that can track vehicles up to 200 mph on Amazon for under $100. We're not even talking about law enforcement quality traffic radar, this is a lower end "civilian model".

Here are the specs for the Stalker II traffic radar gun. It can lock speeds all the way to 200 from a stationary vehicle and and 150 from a moving vehicle. Kustom Eagle is pretty much the same check the spec sheet, as is the Decatur Gen II.
