I have a 2011 Sentra SL. It currently has 16 inch alloy rims on it. Can I upgrade and put 17 inch rims and tires on this car?

Yes, I've seen up to 20" rims on a B16.

I put 03 17" spec v wheels on my b16 with no issues, just get the right size tire so your speedo reads right.
