16's on a a/c?

whats the best size i should go on my rims without loosing power or gas mileage?

im thinking about getting 16" motegi's but not sure if it'll be the smartest choice.

honest opinions?

No smaller than 18's, I would suggest 19's at the smallest

The power or fuel economy lost by bigger rims is slim honestly. Take the much better looks of a bigger rim over the loss in the other categories

I went from 16's to 18's and haven't noticed any mpg loss. I did however go from the very heavy steel wheel/stock tire to a lightweight aluminum rim/low profile. Not sure how the stock alloys weigh up.
