Part of me is laughing at how heavy the marketing propaganda is on this, but another part of me is still impressed. I would have rather seen it against the 335i (the Audi doesn't get a V6 until the S4 model or the A6 model), but I think we all know how that would have gone.



I'm still mad that the Maxima's powertrain is not much different than that of a V6 Altima.

It definitely sniffs of propaganda, though I must admit, I have not driven a new Maxima. But I believe the Maxima was the only 6cyl in the group which seems a tad stacked. I agree with RicerX, Im guessing if they did the same comparo with V6 versions of the other cars, it would be a different story.

Why didn't they use the full track? I'm guessing that it would not have favored the Maxima. Which ones can I get with 3 pedals?

And Joel -the acura had a V6.
I'd day they chose those specific cars due to the pricing. Still looks like the Maxima was the cheapest.
