I knew a few of them, but some left my head shaking. Like #4, who would bundle that? Any one have a clue?

Any way, thought I would share.

I'd buy a croc, carry it on my back and use it to tell crazy stories.

I'd love to stay and chat, but I've got some deep fried orange juice to cook up.

Orange juice + oil = Orange chicken

Fry the chicken, when done, pour juice over it

When you say "That's not sanitary", you are referring to your standards. It's perfectly fine and healthy for someone who's been exposed to that all their life. I'd eat it no problem if I knew my stomach could take it. But I've been fed a steady diet of preservatives, homogenization, and the FDA all my life.

Rib cages are otherwise known as "whole rack of ribs"... Yeah, we get those too.

Also, good luck with salmonella. Those ducks and meat with every Chinese idiot drooling over them sounds real great.

The bacteria isn't that big of a deal. You just thoroughly cook it out.

If there were ever a "Jesda's Top Ten Quotes", that should surely be on it.

As I've been in China for the last almost 6 weeks none of that even suprizes me. the Orange Juice and oil is funny, the stores here seem to have no rhyme or reason to the product layout, you can walk down an aisle look at Chips then rubbers, motor oil, baby food. It's just a bizzare place.

I so wanna do a "culinary tour" through that area.
I'd probably die from several different food-borne pathogens though.
It'd be worth it.
