What adjustments should I make when using a size 16 rim on my 240sx which is size 15?My front tires on both sides have worn badly from contact with front struts I guess. Is there something I can do such as lifting the front end maybe or strut adjustments?

Anybody?

What size tires do you have? Stock sized tires should not be rubbing the strut!

I have a set of 16in 5 spoke alloy rims from a Nissan Altima. Look at my profile pic.

I dont get what your talking about? You sound like you need spacers.

Maybe I do need spacers. That is what I'm trying to find out.

I have a set of 16 inch rims on my 1989 240sx. My two front tires have extensive wear. Looks like from the struts rubbing against them. This is happening on the front only. My rear tires are nearly brand new with no wear at all. I have come to the conclusion that this is happening because of the struts. Only a small amount of space from the tire to the strut on the front only.

Do I need spacers to solve this problem or is there something else I can do?
