so i got a 15x7 wheel and I was wondering what size tire can be installed onto it. And also i was wondering if anyone has a size wheel like that on their car and whether or not there is an awesome wheel/tire combo that can be done. thanks for the help!

The only REALLY good tires that come in 15" sizes are Falken azenis 615s in 205/50/15. Stock size is 205/60/15, so they are smaller diameter than stock. Not that it matters much. 205/55/15 is also fine. I would look for something in 205 width, because anything wider than a 205 on a 15x7 is going to handle badly.

Go with a 225-50-15 or 245-45-15 if you can--you will love the wider contact patch. Might depend on the offset of your rim. I run 225's on a 35mm rim and it just fits. Any higher you would be in trouble.

Also --different tires in the same size have different widths. Check the "specs" page of the tire at tire rack if you can.

BTW--I have been running 205/50/15's on a different set of rims (lower offset actually --free AXtires) --so I can make a pretty decent comparison between the two.
