You'll probably not get many responses for this...

For pretty much anything above ~8psi on a decent trim T3/T4...you'll need beter timing control than a stock ECU with a piggy-back...so there's not too many people running ONLY an S-AFC for that power level.

gonna need at least 550cc injectors for that and an z32 maf................ur gonna be more concerned about timing than fuel settings at that psi level btw.

I have a msd btm and am retarding about 1 to 1.25 degrees for every pound. I was thinking on increasing that a little if I need to. I have around 460cc injectors. I was just wondering if anyone was running 12-15psi. I have my 460cc at around +30 and I think I need even more for about 15 psi. Just wanted to see what other people might be running. And i already have a z32 maf.

its like a t3. Its a mishubishi turbo. The Trim I think is .52. not for sure yet. Its a smaller turbo and I will be pushing it. I've been told that it can go to 30 psi, but I don't know the efficiancy. What are you running for your safc settings on high throttle and your injector size. I keep upping the fuel and am getting nowhere. after about 8-10 psi I can feel the power drop off, but no knocking. I'm now about +30 at 3000rpm and increasing up to +42 to 7000rpm.It spools fast. firt gear I only get to about 5 psi, second gear starts around 3psi and goes to about 8-10 psi and from there 3rd gear goes from 7psi to about 15 psi. I haven't even tried fourth because I don't want to blow it up. I probably will blow it just running 12 psi. we will see. I'm planning to build one soon to handle the power. but with a bigger turbo. I just wanted to see what everyone else is running.

Eclipse and Talon turbo's are essentially the same and I do know can handle upwards of 18+ psi with no real issues.

Your 460cc injector's "should" work but I'm pretty sure you'll be maxing out the duty cycle for them.

I'd suggest a dyno tune to make sure everything is running properly cause I'm sure you know that with turbo engines, better safe then sorry.

Good luck though with this and I hope it works out for you.

well my settings unfortunately wont work for u. i am currently using 370cc injectors with a stock maf. lets just say my high throttle map is +50% across the board lol. u should b able to run 15 psi with those size injectors if that turbo is smaller than mine (i have a 60 trim t3 with a .63 a/r exhaust). strange that ur only making 5 psi in first gear............im gettin my full 12 psi throughout all gears. what kind of mani are u running? what's ur a/f's at btw?

Sounds like your turbo is on the smaller side so it's probably creating a lot of heat. If you look at the universal gas law you'll find that pressure increase (boost) can be accomplished by more moles of O2 (dense) or more heat. The first is what you want, the second is very bad and will cause detonation. You need to figure out what kind of turbo you have and map it. Chances are your turbo is only efficiant at lower boost levels and just makes high boost levels by creating heat.

Idon't know why my boost is so low . First gear is fast. I have a 2100-2200 lb car and I have 4.11 lsd in it. First gear is gone within a blink of an eye. I don't know what type of manifold I have. Its one of those ss manifolds of ebay. Haven't had any problems with it yet. I heard that they arn't that good. Well see. But It might be my light weight and 4.11 gears.

Its a datsun 510. my gap is .035. I'm going to change it to .028 and see if that helps.
