I am looking to replace my 15" OEM Conti tires with something sticky and more traction. As I already have lowering spring (and the car is stiffer than before) I don't think a 17" rim+tire package will improve the ride - I am sure it will be stiffer then now.So I need some advice about what 15" tire brands should I look for. Thanks.

1. you want 15in or 17in tire?2. you want more sticky or/and softer tire?3. you lookin for snow tires or summer tires or 4 season tires?

I forgot to mention: all-seasons 15" tires with good grip/sticky

Look into the Cooper 2XS tire I know my friends at Enjuku Racing used them on their race cars so Im sure they have to have a good amount of grip to use them on their 500 hp drift cars.

but... what size are you lookin at tho? same size as the OEM one or you are trying to get something a bit wider?

if you increase the width by 10-20mm (End up with 195 or 205) almost any tire will gives you amazing grip on this car...

Try Yokohama's AVID series, or even the Advan S4.

If you are lookin for something like 205, it will jump to those competition grade and/or summer tire

I may go with 205/60/15 and a good, sticky tire, as the Contis are useless trying to stop in the rain.

205 @ 15in range don't have too many tires for you to choose...

Another major thing which I am thinkin is will the OEM rims be able to fit a 205 in, plus can the tire have full contact with the road surface rather than just the center part....

If you only care about performance, , why not think about a set of wider steel rim in 16inch?

You can go up to 225/50/16, but.... I have a good feelin it will eat lots of gas....
