Alright I really had my mind set on these xxr2 rims. I definitely am getting these, however does anyone have 15 inch rims on their 240? I havent lowered my suspension but i figure it shouldn't look that bad. Also if anyone has pics of 240s with 15 inch rims that'd be cool. Here are the one's I want to get.

With any wheels, your car will look like a 4x4 without lowering...

and dont buy 15's, they make that wheel in a 16x8 for just as cheap...

here a couple pics of s13's with 15x8 002's for ya...

The worst part would be if they are 0 offset and the car isn't lowered.

16x8 0 offset on my Vert with just Tanabe lowering springs and 225/50 tires and rear fender pull.

I'm running a pair of Enkei 92's, 15x7 front and 15x8 rear. You can't tell its 15 if you have fat tires on it but personally I don't like it. I bought my car with them on and I'm too lazy to trade/sell them.

I'm lowered on Godspeed Coils too, highly recommend lowering with coils over springs, IMO. I'm about as low as that pic BadBob posted with the white S13.

If you can afford it, I'd recommend 17x9... Try getting used or something.

Not sure if your set on XXR but I have Rota P45r in hyper black on my S14, 17X9. Im sure you can find a set for around $500 new, plus or minus a few. I have had alot of critisism for rollin on rotas, not sure why. Im happy with them. People just seem to hate.

Everyone that looks at my car always seems to like the grids...no rota hate here.

I really never was a fan of small wheels on any 240. I like somthing that fills up the fender with rim not big sidewall tires... I have 17x9s all the way around and they still look a little small to me. Pluse i love slammed cars and it just looks to easy and stupid on 15s and 16s.

But hey its your car do what ya like.

as much as people hate small wheels on schassis cars, if they see one slammed on some expensive wheels, they all get boners for it.
thats how this community works. do whatever you want to with the car, as long as its slammed and on wheels you paid too much for...people will go s*** over it.

edit* and if you break the bumper, ziptie it. and get all the latest stickers from "automotive" enthusiasts who make clothes, not parts. and you sir, are golden.

Are you kidding me ?

Sounds like someone got there fiber one and cornflakes mixed up this morning...

I have one of the lowest cars around these parts and dont have a problem holding anything on with bolts and nuts... Nore do i get a "bonner" when i see some flashy wheels and a little low....

that shouldve said "ape s***"
what im saying here is, get 15's if you want 15's. people will dislike the idea. however if you get 15's that are deep/namebrand and expensive...people will change their tune and think its awesome.
and my final statement was purly sarcastic.

so i dont know what part you have an issue with.

p.s., i eat steak and eggs for breakfast and i dont need help taking a s*** so no fibre1 or flakes.
p.p.s. i dont get excited over flashy wheels and a little low either, but thats not what i said. i said expensive wheels and slammage. different altogether.

so still, i dunno what the issue is really.

I think you should keep looking around more, whats your price range and what type of looks are you going for?

Replica rims are alright as long as you don't go around bragging that they're real or anything. Also don't be a douche about it either, it's your ride, real or rep you get what you like.

Again I recommend wheels no bigger than 18 and no smaller then 16 and lower on coils if you can. First things first, get coils before wheels because coils help a lot. If you are on a budget go for Godspeed or Megan (same thing different name). People give them a bad rep because they're from China but if you're not tracking just go for them, as long as you don't get no name brand eBay stuff. I used to track with my Godspeed and they work perfectly fine, people even say they work just as good if not better then the expensive stuff.

Well anything less than $750 as a wheel package, black rims with a deep dish style.

:slap:

Megan is nothing like godspeed...im sorry i have had godspeeds on 2 cars and megans on 3... i would take the megans any day of the week over goodspeeds coilovers.

come to think of it could you please tell me how they are the same? im pretty sure goodspeed dosnt have 32 way adj or any good spring rates...im also pretty sure megans dont rust up and blow within a couple months of hard driving.

im not bashing godspeed i have run them on a s14 and a 86 (they are a really good coilover for 300$) but how can you say they are anything like megans?

They might be different from what I remember them, but whatever.

I'm currently running godspeed for my DD and they run fine and like 95zenki man said, they're good for about $300.

for 750, I'd go for rota's, but I'm not sure if they are available in deep dish sizes.

Heres their catalog:

I'm liking a few rims from their catalog. I know this sounds stupid, but how would I order from them? Don't see a buy it section. Also would they offer a package?

Yea, I had trouble ordering... You have to a distributer site, google around for the best prices available... Thats what I did.
