Anyone know where i can find some 15 inch, 5 lug wheels that will clear my brakes? Or am i forced to go a differnt route with this. I've been looking for the stock s12 5-lugs but i hear they dont work. How about some 16" rally tires that i can source in the country?

For an s13, 5 lug with 30mm z32 brakes. The wheels must be 15" or smaller but i dont think any 14"s or 13s will clear the brakes. The TE37s are a little too much, i wouldnt mind spending some money on them but oem wheels i can find at a yard would be best. What about the popular fno1rc the design looks like they might fit in 15", or mr2 wheels? MX3 wheels? I plan on being competetive in rallycross/club rally but this wheel thing will become a problem. I need to know for the future if i can find wheels that will fit, eventually i will switch to stricly rally tires that only come in 15". If i can't find any wheels i need to decide whether to switch to some smaller brakes now so i can get used to them or if i should set aside some money for expensive wheels for the future.

you might try team dynamics pro race 1 in 15x7 +15

i dont know that theyd clear, but from what ive heard the spoke design provides good brake clearance

you might try calling them and seeing if they could help

If anyone is interested, the team dynamics pro-rally wheels 15x6 in 12 - 23 offset DEFINATELY clear z brakes. There is 60mm of clearance from the mounting base of the wheel to the inside spokes for the 12 offset and the 23 offset has 49mm of clearance. The z brakes only take up ~30-35mm of that space. http://www.teamdynamicsracing....s.htm

Not sure what sort of rally you wish to run but try to avoind spending much on your wheels. We have eaten about 20 so far this season and will eat a lot more. We had TWO cut in half from the inside out at 100 AcreWood in MO when rocks got kicked up and stuck between the caliper and rim and just dug until bad things happened. It cost us a overall 2wd win and a national points lead but showed us that we wanted to put wipers on to kick rocks out of the rim.

Drop me line and we can talk rally if you like. I would love to see some S13s out in national comp and have actually thought about making one myself if I get tired of Jon driving like a drunk goat.

Yeah youre right, i'll work with junkyard wheels and some small spacers up front. Or swallow my pride and downgrade my brakes. Thanks for the advice, i'll hit you up when i get more into this thing. I will be doing mostly rallycross, (after realizing the hard way that an all around track car doesnt make sense). I aready built this thing to the specs I wanted personally, but now i'm modifying it to go straight into begining-intermediate rally stages.
