Sounds like they are wanting to do the Premium service:
- replace oil and filter
- replace in-cabin microfilter
- lubricate locks/hinges
- replace engine air filters
- replace wiper blades
- rotate tires
- inspection
Schedule 1 and 2 list changing oil/filter, microfilter, tire rotation, inspection
Now, if you are not ready for an oil change then don't get it. 15k is too early for replacing the microfilter, IMO and you can do that yourself ordering parts from tunerzstore.com and following
this how-to. IMO it's also too early to replace the engine air filter, but you could check and see if they are dirty or not. If so, save the money and order filters elsewhere as to replace them takes about 2 minutes. If your wiper blades don't need replacing or you don't want to pay the dealer cost then don't do it.
For the most part, Nissan is probably going to do the minimal service whereas Infiniti was quoting the Premium.
