1491 code

getting a 1491 code on a 01 pathy. just replaced MAF sensor due to lean codes previously that havent returned. Any ideas?

wierd, i never seen a code like that before...are u sure its correct?

it has happened twice and I clrared it. It is some kind of emmissions code. Pathy runs fine, so no problems obvious.

any symtoms? bad gas mileage? It could just be a minor issue like an 02 sensor

wife drives so its very hard to get info like that. She might not even know what color her pathy is! There are 4 O2 sensors on this pathy by the way.
