140 000 kms....... what to do now?

140 000 kms.

Does it need new plugs? Should I change them myself?

I just changed my front rotors and pads a couple of days ago. I was able to get 140 K with the original rotors and one change of pads. There was still lots of life in the rotors but I developed a wobble when I was braking I did buy OEM rotors and went with some ceramic pads.

I also had the serpentine belt changed. It was loud at start up.

What do you guys (and gals) think about changing fluids?? CVT... antifreeze?

Thinking of keeping this for another 2 years up to the 200 000 kms mark.

The service manual is typically pretty clear on what maintenance is suggested. I always follow those guidelines. The Nissan dealer will always suggest more, but I stick to the manual. Fred

I agree on following the manual. I'm at 87,750 miles/141,200 km and expect to be having a lot of things done in 2000 miles, about three weeks from now. I still haven't had the brakes, serpentine belt, CVT fluid or plugs replaced, but I know a couple of them are specified at 90k or 100k miles. But I'm also a lot easier on my car than I imagine your students are on yours!

Wow you guys drive alot... Just stick to what the manual says.And Thunder Bay is awesome... been there 7 or 8 times for work.

Read the manual. Go by what it suggests.
