1. Go to ebay2. Search for "valvoline"3. click on the valvoline banner in the upper left corner.4. fill out your info5. print out the produced pdf file for your info exclusively

Valvoline's pretty good about getting their rebates out. Takes about a month though. Got my oil at Kragens on special for 2.50/qt. You must get 5 quarts.
