Hi,
Experiencing a weird distortion issue only on the USB input on my '13 Rogue SV. Tried multiple devices (4 iphones) and at least 3 cables and all seem to do it. The issue doesn't occur on XM, AM/FM, 3.5mm aux in, or CD. We also tried the same cables and devices in my '13 Sentra and they all worked fine.

I'm thinking it's possible the USB port is damaged as it used to function fine but is used pretty heavily. Anyone ever experience something similar and if so any tips for resolution?

so i got the new replacement usb port hooked it up (top tip remove the screws on the center console by the rear of the driver and front passenger seats then pull off trim piece around rear cup holder and two screws holding rear cup holders to remove those and have better access to the connector cable) and the issue is resolved. the usb port must have been damaged by wear and tear.
