13 Rogue front and rear wiper functions switched

Hey everybody! I recently bought a 2013 Rogue and it's super nice car. So far very satisfied. I didn't buy it from the dealer however.

Anyways, when I pull on the wiper switch the rear, it sprays fluid but the front wipers turn on. And when I push the switch the front sprays, it sprays fluid but the rear wiper runs

I don't have any idea on where to start with this, any ideas?? Thanks!

Sounds like it may have had work done in the past but wasn't reassembled correctly. Do you feel inclined to tackle this yourself? Here at NICO, we have Factory Service Manuals available free to members. Take a look at the link in my signature and find the FSM for your car and you may be able to fix it yourself.

If you're not up for a DIY job, you can take it to any competent mechanic to have them sort it out for you.

Rogue One I didn’t see your signature links a few moments ago so I went and looked for the service manual and found the link. When I came back all your signature links were in place. Not sure what was up with that. Any way since I found it.

I would say someone had the wiper assembly apart and hooked it up wrong.
