That about what I idle at between 13 and 15 in/hg. When coasting its about 20in/hg.

Strange when I had one hooked up to my RB20 I go 20" at idle but maybe I was looking at it wrong.

below 15 and I'd be looking for problems. Vaccum leaks is not the only thing that causes low vaccum. Timing/ fuel can too.

mine went from 18-20 to 13-14 after i retarded the timing for a summer event (105 degree air temps + turbo = bad)

Could low vacume like that be a result of low engine compressions?

The first time I checked my timing it was at 20 degrees and my vaccum was close to 20in/hg. I retarded it to 15 degrees and thats when my vaccum went to 13-15in/hg. I also felt like I lost some power, hmmm.

RB's are VERY sensitive to timing.

Put it back to 20. I thought mine would run better at 15 too but it felt alot slower + I was running an Auto ECU at the time too.

I actually ran about 21-22 degrees.

He wnt and looked at my car for me to check out a supposed idling problem seeing as I'm not there to fix it myself. He noticed my engine pulled alot more vacuum than his, hence this thread.
