12v for brown o2 wire

I was under the impression that wire gets its power from the engine bay fuse/relay box.Check the wiring diagram.

almost anything with a brown wire in the engine bay is constant 12V when engine on (ign start/run)

i.e., almost all solenoids of any kind are ground switched, thus they almost always connect to the brown 12V circuit.
