$50 per, great deal and im wondering if these would work with the DE... im guessing this is a top mount rail type injector but im not sure, i don't see any kind of specification on that.

input? ideas?

Top feed injectors are so much cheaper than side feeds.. you just need a top feed rail, which is about <$100, and maybe clips... so you're up to around $300.. it's a good deal.

I paid more than $300 for my 810cc's sidefeed.

only thing... im not going to be needing this much fuel at all... only plan to have 300-350... 400 at most.

i feel like these will be overkill, but its just such a good deal haha. would running such injectors make me run rich, or would duty cycle just be very low.

low duty = safer? eh, i have 550cc right now from a rx7, but these are just beastly and top mount rails look sick!!!

Hey at least your on the right path and converted to top fed. As for having too much fuel. As long as you got a good way to control them, then your in the clear.

You never know when the boost bug will bite again ..

It's really hard to control large injectors. That's what' I've heard. The larger the injector, the less control you have over them. Like, 10% of a 1000cc injector is 100cc's, obviously. And 10% of a 500cc injector is 50cc's..

...can someone explain this better? I don't think you guys can smell what I'm trying to cook here... lol

Well to a point you are correct, but that's only really true with piggy backs and band aids. Except even now days all the new piggy backs are getting really good.

But if you have a rom tune or a full stand alone there shouldn't be much of a problem at all since that injector size is programed right into it.

I had 550's in my KA and a rom tune a friend of mine has 750's with a rom tune and no problems there too. I used a SAFC to subtract or add a little fuel here there cause I didn't feel like re burning the chip every 10 seconds but that was pretty much it.

120lb injectors will run like crap. TO drop the duty cycle enough for the idle afr's to not suck it'll be difficult.

Unless you're looking for over 5oowhp, 120's should be no where near your selection process.

BTW a top feed fuel rail can be had for under $40. Look up the Project Silvia fuel rail.

those injectors are peak and hold anyway.

you need saturated injectors (high impedance) to run right on a de. and don't use resisistors on brand new injectors.

Most injectors over 72lbs are peak/hold though...

But 72lbers at 55-60 psi of static fuel pressure are more then enough for 80% of the normal KAT apps.
