Does anyone see anything wrong with getting a Hallman controller and running 12 psi on my RB? All I really have done is 3" exhaust from the dump pipe back, I'm running the stock sidemount for now. We have 93 octane out here and it's starting to get cooler outside...

i personally wouldnt go over 10 with a sidemount. not to mention that would push your injector duty cycle pretty high @ 12 psi. nothing would probably happen but better safe than sorry!

I'm running 14 psi with stock injectors on my t3/t04e and it's keeping 12:1 a/f's. But I have a fmic and a wideband to watch it. I'll be dropping in my 550's this week anyway..

I'm running my 25 with a fmic and 3" turbo back. Stock injectors and my gauge shows 12 psi. That is also on 91 octane with a shot of toluene when heat waves kick in. So far no problems.

all you guys running 12lbs are also using FMIC's, with a FMIC i would trust the engine to 12 daily (except in extreme heat like here in AZ) but with a SMIC no way.

I live in So Cal and it's not as extreme heat as AZ. I still like to get the extra insurance of higher octane with hot days. I also don't run it hard for a long time during the day time. Just short burst puts a smile on my face. When night falls, whole 'nother story.

The side mount will not be able to hold over 10psi. The stock SMIC is very crappy and gets heat soaked quickly. On a cool day you might be able to go over 10psi. I just would wait until you go FMIC. You can try it, but if it will not hold a study psi over 10spi then back it down to 10.

Hey frosted do you have stock injectors and stock maf? If so what percent of correction factor do you have for your hi throtle? I just got the safc2 and at about 3500 rpm I still get a lean reading on my a/f meter. I think I'm throwing to much fuel on mines cuz it starts to cough and sputter after 4800. Any help will be apreciated.
