ok this question is so stupid i almost wanted to sign-up w a new account...and serched , but can i mix in a couple of gallons of race gas in with 93 on a totally stock tune . (notch top T28 header& full 3" turbo back.and MBC.) ?? dont worry im ready for the... & on this 1...

You don't need race gas. You will not see any benefit of using it over pump gas because a) you're turbo isn't pushing an insanely high boost pressure necessitating race gas and b)your fuel management is stock, so it wouldn't take benefit of higher knock resistance.

Also, if you're running your cat still, race gas could damage it.

You could use 100oct... I used it when I ran 14psi at the track just as a safety margin... But Hijacker is right...

no i run a test pipe, but regaurdless il stay away from the hard stuff ...for now . i just wanted my last drifts of the season to smell like candy thats all! thx boys

Run like 1 gallon in as an octane booster to help with any detonation that might be there. I run 1-2 gallons of Cam 2 in with the rest of 93 octane.

the lead in the 110 will kill your o2 sensor. you can use 100 unleaded if you like? pretty expensive just to smell good.

But you're also not running a stock setup.

sorry. not to thread jack. sr20 swap almost done.. well im runing stock boost at 91 oct. would my car knock? is prettty hot in california desert.

100 octane unleaded doesn't smell any better. It's the lead itself that makes it smell good.

Torco makes products that you can use specifically for the "safety margin" for track sessions.
