11 m37s shifter bulb
has anyone changed it? mines seems to be going out and it looks ugly and funny. if so how hard was it or any tips?

I agree with you there - you can barely tell it's on - and when I look at my bright blue start button, I wanna change it bad. It could definitely be brighter and more noticeable.
Taking out the center console is pretty easy, but I haven't looked at the bulb or the shifter apparatus up close. The next time I take apart the center console, I'll make sure to take some pics.

Anyone have a tutorial? I need to refinish that trim piece that surrounds the shifter on my 12 56S
