Anyone know how to fix this? I've looked all over in my Asus manual, but it doesn't mention anything about it in my BIOS settings.

Mobo: M3A78-TCPU: Phenom 9950Ram: OCZ 2RPR 1066 GK (2, 2GB sticks)

Hmm...that's odd - there should be something in the BIOS allowing you change the voltage and what not...odd.

However, I did find the OCZ forum board with people not being able to run at 1066 either - here's the link.

Are you running them in dual channel or single channel? I know for a fact that some am2+ mobos only support one stick of DDR2 1066 per channel.

Thats why I went with the Biostar mobo the 790gx+ chipset and Im woopin *** hehe.

It's been a few days, but I'm assuming so. There's 4 slots, with two slots of one color and the other slots a different color. Both are in the same color which should be A1 and B1, which is what the manual told me to do.

Side note: The M3A-78T uses a 790GX chipset too.

Go into your BIOS and set the @ 533(533x2=1066), some RAM just dont like to run @ full speed when set @ auto.

Usually it's a jumper setting on the MB itself to change the MHz speed of the ram..Did you check that?

Where have you been? I haven't seen a jumper in years. Actually the P6T Mobos I used for my system and the two for my mom allow for OCing from directly inside of Windows via a GUI. I can basically test the limits WHILE running windows hehehe.

Some MBs require all channels to be in use to run at 1066 as well.
