He built my 400hp turbo KA back in like 01.... Seems like a drop in the bucket as far as hp figures nowadays!

thats pretty sick. Do you know how many lbs of boost. I just had my car tuned and i only made 300 WHP at 10 lbs of boost.

I dont think a 300 transmission will hold that kind of power...Hed be making at least 1100 at the crank more than likely much more than that. a 300zx transmission cant hold that without being rebuilt with treated parts.

what kind of clutch, diff, drive shaft, cams, who did head work?

look around the site at the "race parts" i think and they have some pics of the engine... they selll that set up that they made 1000rwhp-if you got the chedder

my thoughts are that its cool to see a 1000whp 240. Still not for me. I actually draw the line at about 350-less than 400. after that on a street setup it kinda gets to be more of a pain. Daily driveability, meaning the ability to actually floor it and not draw attention from the fire dept because of smoking tires, begins to go out the window.

sweet power, not really a good detailed build. I forgot that there was a 150 shot cause I almost said that wasnt gonna do it when i first saw the list, but its cool. They can have fun doin that cause not streetable drag cars aint for me. I also still find it hard to believe a stock Z transmission is holding that kind of power...
