The GTR being AWD can grip the power better than the Supra. This is a point proven time after time.

Far as I know, they can be rev'd up to 11k, notice Mine GTR redline is at 10k. Only problem is the stock valve tips, where the retainers hold the valve in place, start to pop off and blow the motor from valve falling in.
For the turbos and cam durations people choose. Mines for instance, the max power is had through 6400 rpm all the way to red line.. it doesn't dip down much.
Never liked the R33. But it's a tough choice for R32 and R34. I wouldn't mind to have a R34 as a daily and for the track I would choose the R32 hands down. Then again, I would be happy with only 600 to 700 hp.
