Probably some body trying to make a quick buck off of information they got off sites like NICO.

Even if it contained useful information, I personally wouldn't support it or them.

I rather give NICO my $10 of thanks for the sum of information it and members provides on a daily basis for free.

I bought one just to see what b/s it had in it.

Honestly, I can learn more in 10 minutes in the forums that in that thing.
