92 ka24de no abs...

so i am stumped. i replaced my alternator a few days ago and now my 10 amp engine control fuse keeps blowing. I have no clue why.
Does anyone what runs on that 10 amp fuse? i now it is being grounded out but i have no clue where to start and it seems pointless to go over parts that are not being affected. I need wire diagrams, ideas of how this may be caused, and anything helpful.

also my ebrake light is always on because of this and no its not brake fluid level or the little switch.

Did you re check your connections and wiring on the alternator? Thats always a place to start...

yes thats the first thing i did. When a put in a new fuse it would run fine for a bit and then the fuse would pop making the car idle rough. Does anyone know what all is connected with just the battery light on... of course my check engine has been on since the second day of owning the car due to my own doing hehehe. I have had no problem what so ever in the year i have owned the car until the alt went out

If all you did was replace the alt and then the problem started, I would be tempted to say that you got a bad alt. As a tech by trade, I have seen faulty rebuilds before. Even had a brand new alt come up defective once!
