I think the 08+ should fit your car. I mean the only thing that is different with the 2010 and 2008 altima coupe is the front exterior. If everything else is the same, you should check out the link below for the nismo exhaust. I got it for 600 bucks when it was on sale and free shipping, and I have extremely satisfied with the quality and look. No drone on the highway, not too loud, not too soft, and most importantly - isn't super loud while idling (i think thats the thing that annoys me the most when i hear people's car sitting doing nothing but their exhaust sounds like its crying for help). Can't go wrong with nismo.
