(FYI - TOTAL MILEAGE is AROUND 134k miles)
Ok Ive had the truck for awhile but only do 3k oil changes with DYNO oil (CASTRO OIL )

BUT

I dont use it enough hence it takes a year before I do change the oil also I check the dip stick once in a full moon and it doesnt burn oil...

NOW

October (the month I change oil ) is coming up and I dont think I will reach the 3k mark...

SO

AM I just FINE going every 3k oil change or should I be changing it sooner before the 3k mark????

:)

As long as you get the oil up to operating temperature once in a while to boil off any moisture build up it will be fine.

You're welcome :)
I know the feeling, my fuel filter hit the two year mark on April 30th. I've got a Purolator lined up, I just never feel like doing it with the hot weather here.

Why change the fuel filter? Save your money and time. The FSM basically says "replace it if there's a problem". That thing is the size of coffee can, and can filter a lot of stuff.

Hey Chuck! :) Thanks for the response :)

I bought the truck @131k miles...Its never been changed from the looks of it...Im assuming its the original fuel filter.

Despite that...Ill just hold off till I do get problems (pedal lag) maybe I can just grease the shafts for the meantime
