1 week old sr20det failing already?

I just got myself a s14 Kouki sr20det last week and today was the first time I fired it up and there's a loud knocking sound coming from the motor. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it is? I have a 30 day warranty and I have contacted the seller to let him know I wasn't happy. There's a link to the video of the engine running below......lemme know what you think.

Oh and one more thing, I forgot to say that it only starts to make that knocking sound when the motor reaches operating temperature. Once it reaches operating temperature, the Sr does it constantly until I turn it off.

Yeah, I saw that in the description on the video. Have you tried bleeding the lifters?

No not yet. I'll have to try that. I know these motors come from Japan totally empty, so bleeding the lifters is something ill deff do. I'll get back to you on that.

lol at 1 week old. you mean 13 years and 1 week?

also, that could be hiding other noises, make sure you have the power steering fluid filled, otherwise you could be burning the pump out and not be hearing it.

Yeah I know what your saying. I filled that power steering thing up before I started it the first time. Lol I've done that before lol.
