what would you guys/gals d with 1000....i am having a hard time figureing out what to do with it....i am going o put it into my sr....but i dunno where...i already have fuel pump, and full exhaust...so i don't know if i should do cams or what...anyone wanna help me?

if you don't have an FMIC/BOV combo, get it. If not, start doing your suspension, I think I just made some more money, so I'm probably going to work on my suspension and get tires next. Then it's a bigger turbo, injectors and standalone... lotsa money. Or maybe just get some new bumpsticks.

for $1000? SMFS costs over $1200+shipping. hehehe. but Front mount intercooler, BOV, and downpipe is needed. IMO, anyways.

Sorry, I never meant it to sound like you could get Standalone for 1000, I just went off on a tangent, however the Power FC's can be gotten for about $1200, which isn't too shabby.

The point of a stand alone is to run the car practically independant of the stock ECU's perameters. Theoretically there could be a standalone for nearly every car including a ford festiva.

BRAKES, BRAKES, BRAKES......please start recommending brakes...i cant say how disapointed i was when i finished my swap, and could hardly drive the car over 100mph and stop...
