I recently went to Kings Infiniti in Brooklyn to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. I had gone to Infiniti of Manhattan to have my previous oil change. They gave me a run down of the car as far as fluids, brakes, etc. When I was done with myoil change at Kings, they just told me everything was fine and have a nice day. Not to mention the fact that they took almost 3 hours to do those 2 things. So I just wanted to state for the record, THEY SUCK !!!!!! Don't go there. If you live around Brooklyn, don't go there for anything !!!
My question : I finally got the service checklist in the mail from them and it showed that I was running low on Power steering fluid and brake fluid. Now why they didn't just change them, I don't know. But what kind of fluids should I be putting in there to fill them up ? Or is it something that I should just let the dealer do (because I am still under warranty) ??

I'm pretty sure those fluids were filled... That was just a report that was sent to you, not sure why they wouldn't let you know in person the fluids were low but don't think they would let you leave without topping off!!

I purchased my 2008 M35x from Kings last year and had a great experience. I got what I wanted for my trade in and paid close to what I was expecting for my M, a few thousand dollars lower than the asking price.
I can't speak about their service department since I haven't gotten my car serviced there but I have no complaints about the sales department.

Well I'm happy you had a good experience. I don't know what their sales side is like. I didn't even go there when looking. Why didn't you go to Manhasset for service?

Well basically because it is only like 15 minutes away from my house. Whereas Manhasset is like 40. Since it was just a simple oil change and tire rotation, I figured how bad could it be. For major things though, I would def go to ManhassetLogan00 wrote:Why didn't you go to Manhasset for service?
