Well guys after aone full month of working 55 hours a week and coming home to work on my SR blacktop swap . Its finally done. Runs Perfect. But i have two issues i thought maybe you guys could guide me through or give me some pointers.

1. I have a Greedy Type S BOV. It has two vacum barbs as you probrably know already. I have the larger Barb going too the throttle body. The little one i have know idea where to hook up too. I ve heard that it needs to see Manifold pressure. ive also heard it doesnt matter if you hook it up or not. i was wondering since im using the stock intake hose , can i hook up the smaller barb to the vacum fitting on the stock SR rubber intake hose?

2. The S13 was DOHC KA. I did the wiring accoriding to FR Sports and Heavy Throttle Websites. My tach is NOT working AT ALL. I read on the internet somewhere that the DOHC cluster would work just fine. My cluster reads 110 mph which i thought was the correct one. I know the SR Tach signal is different and was wondering i can modify the cluster i have or what exactly i can do do get my stock tach working.

Thank you very much for looking

BTW. i tried to search the site but couldnt really find the info i was looking for.

Again thank you.

The smaller nipple is a atmosphere source so you don't have to hook it up. i read somewhere that in higher boost some people hook it up to a boost source to make it release faster but isn't nessasary.

use the vacuum nipple on the top of the BOV, you dont have to worry about the bottom one (got the same one). and as far as the tach signal might go, it might just be easier shelling out a 100bux for a 180 tach (unless you dont have it).

so checked out the ecu and dash wiring and i have only one yellow w red stripe wire. Is this the only possible problem that would cause the tach not to work?

Thank you .
