No significant difference, a strut bar is as weak as the materials that make it up.

About 50% true... the actual design and geometry of the bar along with the materials are what make one superior to another.

A perfectly triangulated bar constructed of thick oval sections in a single peice design would be the most rigid.

Titanium is a very rigid material and yes it would make it much more expensive due to the higher cost of welding and materials.
