i've recently heard that the one piece driveshafts can/will destroy transmission gears and the rest of the driveline with things like solid subframe bushings, LSD, and bigger tires. Anyone confirm this?

i completely disagree with that statement.how the hell would installing a lighter stronger unit break anything? i've had mine for almost 3 years with no issues whatsoever. its probably one of the cheapest and easiest drivetrain upgrades you can get. $3-400, takes 8 minutes to install, and you get a noticeable improvement in how smoothly and easily your engine revs up (and down) and a very very minor mpg improvement due to less reciprocating mass.

Solid rear subframe and transmission mounts with stock engine mounts will eject gears from the transmission.

Other than that, you don't have to worry too much.
