#1 injector leaking again

I replaced the orings on my leaking #1 injector about a month ago (lubed with die-electric). Stayed nice and dry for about 3 weeks. Now the same injector is starting to leak again from the fuel rail. Is it possible that I need to replace the o-rings again (I bought 3 extra sets, but they are autozone) or is it something else. It is leaking externally which leads me to believe it is the o-rings again.

model and yr of vehicle. type of injector you have[ top feed or side feed]

Did you scratch the rail when putting in the oring or crack the top of the injector? that would be my guess unless you rolled the oring installing it.
