Since our 03-04 has no way of having easily attainable mods...I was wondering for any of the new guys (06+M45)...i seen they have an intake by a couple companies and and cat back exhuast by greddy and probably a few more.....i was wondering what kinda of times of hp has anyone got with all the mods??

I plan on getting the new M45 maybe next year and get every mod and see how much faster it will run..against our Y34???

well, for intake, you can always fabricate one yourself fairly easily. headers can be custom made, for a pretty penny though. and exhaust shouldnt be much at all.

The VK45 is pretty stretched as it is considering emission compliance. The 75 lb/ft per liter* [in medium displacement category] is at the top of class for use with US low quality gasoline [the best premiums].

*The BMW V10 does create 384 lb/ft from 5.0 liters ~~~ 76.8 lb/ft per liter. So for enough money you might squeeze out another 8-10 lb/ft from VK45.
